Karuna Care Centre

Karuna Care Centre:- In the year 2010, Karuna Care Centre started as the extension wing of Karuna Hospital . This Centre is 5 km away from the main town of Manmad. There are 2 residential departments. One is for HIV/Aids patients to remain with their families, who are detected from Karuna Hospital with HIV, and the other is for children under the age18 who are affected with HIV/Aids. Families are given proper medical treatment as well as nourishing food. The families of the patients remain for weeks/ months, until their medical treatments are over. Children, at Karuna Care Centre are either orphan, rejected by their families because of HIV/Aids illness. And few them are brought to us by some NGO, responsible with all legalities. There are 21 children as such and all their needs and expenses are met by our Organizations and by the Donors support or well wishers. We have settled few of the children, and others are going to study at St. Xavier’s School Manmad.
